We currently offer shipping within The Netherlands, and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location and order total. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Returns Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom-made products that meet their unique needs and specifications. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or not as described.

When you place an order for a custom-made product, we ensure that the product is tailored to your specific requirements. This includes selecting materials, colors, and sizes, as well as incorporating any additional design features that you may have requested.

Because custom-made products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product. We strongly recommend that you double-check all of your specifications before placing your order to ensure that the product meets your expectations.

If you receive a custom-made product that is faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement or refund, we may offer a voucher that can be used towards a future purchase.
